Realization of external broaching type RAA done in two stages using two identical broaching heads with roughing-finishing external rotary broach. This system is necessary when the application needs an exact number of teeth in 100% of the machined parts, as well as a very precise tooth profile. Due to the hardness of the material, and to be able to guarantee a good surface finish, it was necessary to use two aligned broaching heads, one for roughing and the other one for finishing.
