Expansion of the knurling tool range
We continue to expand our range of standard knurling tools! Now it’s the turn of the M9 family.
The tools in the M9 family are specifically designed for deformation knurling operations on Swiss type lathes.
M9 tools can be used for straight and cross knurling, offering a robust, precise, and highly productive solution for series applications.
The current range of tools in the M9 family includes:
- Tools for Ø10 mm knurling wheels: Recommended for knurling parts up to Ø50 mm and available in 8×8 mm, 10×10 mm, and 12×12 mm shank sizes.
- Tools for Ø15 mm knurling wheels: Recommended for knurling parts up to Ø100 mm and available in 16×16 mm shank sizes.
New
As an extension of the standard range, the model for Ø15 mm knurling wheels is now also available in 12×12 mm shank size, facilitating its integration into Swiss type lathes with more compact turrets and expanding the application possibilities without sacrificing the ability to work with Ø15 mm knurling wheels.
With this expansion, the M9 family offers greater mounting possibilities on more Swiss lathe models, while maintaining reliability, rigidity, and quality.
