The Management Team expressly states its fundamental commitment to fulfil the applicable requirements and improve quality in INTEGI, S.A., in order to achieve compliance with the following policy:<\/p>

  • Being the customers a stakeholder and fundamental asset of the organisation, the priority objective is to achieve full satisfaction of their expectations and needs through the ability to meet their requirements.<\/li>
  • The Quality Management System is focused on continuous improvement. Failures must be used to learn from them and eliminate the sources or causes that led to them.<\/li>
  • The Management Team is committed to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.<\/div><\/li>
  • The Management Team assumes as a function of its responsibilities to apply leadership in the practice of a conduct that favours the necessary improvements in order to achieve the Quality objectives.<\/li>
  • The participation of all members of the organisation is also a priority objective. Information, communication and a good working atmosphere are key to this.<\/li><\/ul>
